Rosemarie Fleitz, 85, of Whitehouse, Ohio passed away March 8, 2025. She was born November 15, 1939 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Louis and Agnes (Haupricht) Schneider. She married James Fleitz on September 17, 1960 and he survives in Whitehouse.
Rosemarie was part of the first class of pediatric nurse practitioners to be licensed in he state of Ohio. She worked as a Nurse at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo, Ohio for over 25 years and also worked at the Lucas County Health Department. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Maumee.
Rosemarie enjoyed sewing, baking- especially pies, and loved spending time with her family.
Along with her husband of nearly 65 years, Jim, Rosemarie is survived by her children James (Alison) Fleitz of Dallas, Texas, Gwendolyn (Jeffrey) Smith of Maumee, Ohio, Jacqueline (Mark) Nowak of Swanton, Ohio and Sue (Richard) Ruffier of Swanton, Ohio, grandchildren Connie, Steven, Richard, Victoria, Christopher, Nicole and Colton, 9 great-grandch
